Hello - I am in Soldotna Alaska. I am trying to reach out to others here in Alaska, that would like to help to get signatures. I am trying to get a law that would allow military vehicles to be driven on Alaska roads. I am working mainly around the HMMWV, however I, would like some input involving others.
