Don't worry. Me and the M1009 are still real, we are still here. The M1009 is currently dry in the underground garage. I still haven't got over the problems with the starter motor - see the thread - and one battery has also gone to the “eternal hunting grounds”. Now that the weather in Germany...
Dear gentleman,
Dear CUCV Community,
I have a simple question and I must admit that I have not searched the TM forums and posts about the M1009. I hope someone can answer this question quickly.
I would like to turn the starter ring gear further, what is the best way to do this?

Hello Rick,
Thank you very much for sending the requested material. :)(y)
Everything went really well and I am delighted with the quality of the material. 👌
Really a super way from you.
Kind regards

of this. In particular, I would be interested to know if the fixing screws
of the adapter plate simply drilled through the plastic amateur board trim,
or how does this work?

Even with the part number and various term combinations, I can't find anything on the Internet. Neither a graphic nor a parts availability. This is interesting, all I get is a TM from Google.
Does anyone have any additional ideas as to whether this part or an equivalent product can be sourced...
Is there any other name for the mounting plate on the dashboard than "radio equipment stand"? I'm surprised that you can't find anything about this on eBay or elsewhere, when almost everyone removes it in their vehicle?
