    CUCV II alternator question

I now own both an m1009 and a CUCV II and having a little issue with the alternator on the CUCV 2 The drivers side battery doesn’t seem to be charging, reads 12.7 volts while running. The passenger...

CUCV2/CUCV-II Owners, post pics and info of your truck

Just got back from vacation and finally seeing the truck in person for the first time. I had a company deliver it to my house while I was gone . Are these supposed to have a data plate my m1009 does ? Also looks like the windshield is leaking pretty bad up by the roof. The drivers side sun...

CUCV2/CUCV-II Owners, post pics and info of your truck

The description said that it didn’t run (I’ve bought enough gov auctions to know that doesn’t mean anything lol). I talked to the chief of police about it after I won it and he said it ran when it was parked about 2 years ago and the batteries are just dead ). I’ve got a hauling company...

    M1010 Radio ideas

    Newb.... with M1008

I got the rear seat out of m1009 and the dash out of the civilian blazer he had also.

    Newb.... with M1008

It's a real m1008. I know the previous owner, he also has an m1009 that he's selling for parts. I've seen this m1008 in person several times in the last couple of month and can vouch for it being an m1008 and not a civilian truck.

    Picked up another m1009

I just picked another m1009 this week. A local sheriff's office brought all their unused vehicles to the auction. It needs a new starter, and the passenger side rocker needs to be replaced, but its a pretty good Georgia truck. I paid a whopping $1100 for it. It still has the Motorola police...
