If you take the dash pad off, the holes are there for the front speakers. I can't remember the size, I think they are 3.5" and you can pick the mounts from a junk yard. I also installed some 6x9 speakers in boxes on the rear wheel well hump. As far as the radio goes, you can get the template...

I got the rear seat out of m1009 and the dash out of the civilian blazer he had also.

It's a real m1008. I know the previous owner, he also has an m1009 that he's selling for parts. I've seen this m1008 in person several times in the last couple of month and can vouch for it being an m1008 and not a civilian truck.
