When I converted mine to a dump, I had to move the bumperettes down 3" to keep from bending them and I moved the bed back one inch to clear the pintle hook.
It looks like I have to call Mrs Battles and postpone my trip to AL. A pinched nerve in my upper back that I've been trying to get over for 2 months, decided to take 2 steps backward this week. Went back to the chiropractor this morning. Man I'm sick of this thing. I'll keep you updated.
Thanks guys. If I can get it running with some brakes, I can leave it at my son's in Calhoun Ga, about 60 miles. This is an International M62, does anyone know if the brake parts (hydrovac and M/C) would be the same as a multifuel deuce? I'm assuming its not air brakes.

GSA listed some in Medon TN today. Some of them look rough, but some are really great trucks. I have 2 I bought from GSA, my red deuce with 3300 miles in excellent condition, and my 86 M35A2C I bought in GA and drove 200 miles home without doing anything to it. Paid total cost less than $2000.00...
