Great job Fred on the build, I'm looking forward to some more videos of this truck now that it's mostly finished. I almost sold my M1008 but after watching your videos I decided to hold on to this beast, well and seeing it in the January issue readers rides!

Where did you get the roll cage? Was it something already manufactured and you just installed or was it custom? Thanks man, your truck is really coming along nicely!

If you don't mind me asking, what did you pay for the locker? I'm looking at putting a locker in my d60 M1008 as well but was thinking eaton e-locker, ox locker or detroit. After reading your respnse for installation being pretty easy and happy with it offroad, I think I'm going to take a look...

Its in the -20 manual for the M1008 . . . page 193 Chapter 3-20 "Glow Plug and Glow Plug Switch Replacement" It seems to be exactly what you described

GPrez ~ the glow plug temp sensor, is that the same thing as the Glow Plug Switch in the manual?

Have any pictures of this new ride . . . this is the truck I am wanting to get to trailer my M1008. I'm working on the 6.5 turbo diesel now in AIT, can't wait to pick one up for my daily driver!

I have been quite a bit with my M1008, rock climbing and a good bit of mud. it's amazing what these trucks will handle with just good tires and a little clearance. Don't have pictures on this iPad but I'll try to post them up later

drain the coolant and dis-connect it if it's in the way . . . I haven't had to replace the gasket on mine yet.
