New wheels came in and I found some time to get them installed today. Vision OJOS 17x9 with +12mm offset. I went with the Mickey Thompson Baja Boss all terais for the snow rating.

I used the 3m spray adhesive on both the foam and the back of the fabric. Any wrinkles were easily smoothed over with just my hands.

installed new insulated headliner. 1/2” rigid foam insulation with heavy utility grade cotton fabric. I was just going to do the foam for the winter but it squealed unbearably. The cloth ended the squealing and looks much better.

I will try the seam sealer. I was just hopeful something brand new should leak less than the 30 year old top it was replacing.

Made a bifold Tonneau for the truck from a trifold Toyota Tonneau. I was going to cover it with material from my old crew cover but it was to stiff and fragile. I just ended up reusing the factory material.
