    @ToddJK I wonder whether what you see is wear of the HH. It simply does better on a higher viscosity fuel such as WMO, but loses too much pressure on the "thinner" fuels.

    Methinks that, if the engine started fine beforehand and the HH was not messed with, it is unlikely that, all of a sudden, the HH is no longer producing enough pressure. I think "HH wear" is a bit of a red herring at this point. If there is no crud in the set screw seat I don't know if I would...

    @7Dust for what it is worth, my in-tank pump cranks out about 7-9 psi. Not that it would make much of a difference, as long as it moves fuel.
