I don't think it is necessary or correct to hound people, the owner of this forum gives us the choice, it could simply be mandatory and of course would be worth it.
I got my little "test" rig put together today, I bought a trailer axle spindle, welded a short stub of pipe on it, stuck an old trailer hub on it, put it into one of my engine stands, used a couple muffler clamps to mount a piece of steel for the dial indicator.

It could of course be a tire, ether way it should be easy to tell by looking at the tire/rim while spinning on the balancer.

That's interesting, the only "reasons" I have ever seen are "engine would not start" and "engine incomplete and cannot be started" but of course I have not looked at every sale.
Missing batteries or belts does not make it a non runner, it is simple they put a jumper cable on it and if it starts it is a runner, if not it is a non runner, they are not going to put any more effort into it than that, I have however seen some trucks that a third party has apparently been...
I always thought that was funny, the V belt trucks that could use the quick connects normally do not have them and the serpentine truck that do not need them usually suffer from leaking quick connects which is their downside.
