I have had many through both GP and GL and the second to last one took almost 8 months, you just never know, they said the serial number was incorrectly listed on the paperwork but I actually finished the blanks on the application and the serial number was correct. The last one only took a...

I don't think it is necessary or correct to hound people, the owner of this forum gives us the choice, it could simply be mandatory and of course would be worth it.

What have you done to your HMMWV today/lately

I got my little "test" rig put together today, I bought a trailer axle spindle, welded a short stub of pipe on it, stuck an old trailer hub on it, put it into one of my engine stands, used a couple muffler clamps to mount a piece of steel for the dial indicator. I have a modest stack of 24 bolt...

It could of course be a tire, ether way it should be easy to tell by looking at the tire/rim while spinning on the balancer. I feel your pain, I have 5 new tires but keep putting up with square tires due to laziness

That's interesting, the only "reasons" I have ever seen are "engine would not start" and "engine incomplete and cannot be started" but of course I have not looked at every sale.

Missing batteries or belts does not make it a non runner, it is simple they put a jumper cable on it and if it starts it is a runner, if not it is a non runner, they are not going to put any more effort into it than that, I have however seen some trucks that a third party has apparently been...

I always thought that was funny, the V belt trucks that could use the quick connects normally do not have them and the serpentine truck that do not need them usually suffer from leaking quick connects which is their downside.

He does a pretty good job of getting difficult to ship stuff to you in one piece, he shipped me a set of supplemental armor doors that came in without any more scratches than they already had! looks like Fastenal!!

I don't think that is a smart start box, IIRC that is a really old box, its days were numbered.
