Went to change front tires this morning.
My right side tire was so loose I thought the lug nuts had come off. An amazing amount of slop. The idler arm is one good pothole from completely disconnecting.
Another project added to the list.
Thought about doing the same, but as soon as you rotate the tires the tread pattern will be out of whack again.

The PLGR is a big ass GPS unit. Specifically the AN/PSN-11 Precision Lightweight GPS Receiver.
The mount is two parts. The first is a metal bracket that attached to the radio mount. Second is a plastic holder for the PLGR. Both on eBay.
The PLGR needs a AA battery adaptor to make it work...
All about the accessories today. Put in my 4 man VIC-1 system and a DC/AC inverter that was designed for the Humvee. 24 volt and plugs into the slave port. Puts out 1800 watts.
Also hooked up the PLGR just for looks.

What did you have to fab? I bought a 4 man kit and it came with everything I needed.
You are right though, one person can install it, but it's MUCH easier with two.

Installed a 4 man VIC-1 intercom system. Expensive, but at least people can have a conversation without yelling at each other.

Went to an off-road park today. Had a lot of fun, but hit the water too hard at some point and blew apart the fan.

My Bogert jack arrived today. After bleeding the air out of it, I changed out all my tires with new ones. Made the job much easier.

Touched up some paint that was damaged and replaced all outside lights with the LED version. Should be much more noticeable at night.

Converted my troop carrier to a four door setup with 3 point seat belts all around. I still need the cargo cover, but am looking for a three color woodland one.
