Theres no fuel in the can, and won't be any. I have some water cans I'll put there when I'm done, they will have water in them. Mostly for looks. Many people have put them there before.
On on the drivers side is "The Old Red White and Blue"! The other side is the skull and cross bones, our local high school football team is the Pirates.
Installed some NOS Amber side clearance lenses I got from Eric's. Also a rain flapper. Had to drill a hole and install a nut to give it a bit more counter balance to close. Looks like I need a bigger bolt for a little more weight.
Got my Grote Led tailights installed. Big thanks to mwmules and gimpyrob for all the help. I was going to paint them "383" but I think I'll keep them tan.
Installed my new to me data plate above the steering wheel, thanks to 86humv for finding me a nice one and getting it to me quick. Got the clear led's into the warning light cluster. Also put a spring so that when the emergency shutoff cable is pulled it will return back when I push it back...
Installed my mrap mirrors, fender antenna mount, and my bedside antenna mount with offset bracket. I sell the offset antenna mount kit in the classifieds if anyone is interested. Went to car show and took home first place out of three in the military class. It was a good day.
Picked up a S250/G shelter to place in the bed of my m923 as a mad max camper. My buddy Jeff came over with his truck to help get it out of the trailer. It's good to know someone with a hemmt.
Installed some NOS lollipop lights today. I already had the brackets and some one sided amber lights, but the new ones are amber on one side and red on the other. I think I'm going to take the leftover brackets, lights and mount them and the lights on the rear just under the brake lights and...
Got my injection pump back from the diesel shop and the truck runs like a champ. Big shout out to Will Wagner for all the help and the recommendation of a good shop he knows. They even cleaned up the pump and gave it a new coat of paint. Now I just need to order a new shutter stat, replaced all...
Took my heater core out, it was leaking. Once out all it was needing was the outlet tube resoldered. Got that done and reinstalled, no more leaks. Also the shutter-stat was not working, took it apart and replaced the orings. Waiting on a new primer pump from France of all places, hopefully can...
Replaced the fuel line between the fuel filter and pump, orings in the primer pump and got her started. Ran crappy at first but cleared up the more it was driven. Believe it to be air in the lines. Bye the the way that hand primer sucks.
my truck has the same problem but I have the convoy light poles bolted to the back of the cab. Do you thing the tire will fit with the poles back there?

Had to replace a push tube I had installed incorrectly and it bent during my liner replacement. Got the top set done with a bit thanks to the man Will Wagner, and now it purrs like a very big, loud kitten.

Removed the #5 cylinder and the busted liner. That thing was a real PITA, had to fab a liner puler because the plan of an aluminum rod with a hammer didn't work out like I wanted it too. You can see in the pics the amount that broke off from the bottom, right at the last oring groove. Now to put...
