Well, that was a bust. I got the part in but it had previous hidden damage. Seller made good on it so no harm there but I've been unable to find another one anywhere.

I see that Woodward has several variations of the 8270. My original is the 8270-1002 but I do see 1001 and others for sale. Are they cross-compatible?

I ran across the 15-60KW A Model A5 GCU Adj.pdf that @Guyfang posted and it says the MPU should be 900-1200 ohms but mine is only 700. However, I'm still getting the correct signal shape and voltage range. Could this be the problem? There is no scrape on it and the generator gradually got harder to start. It doesn't seem like that's how they normally fail though. Should I try replacing it anyway?
