Just use synthetic fluid they will be fine. And don't try to go 65 when towing a M1000 with an abrams on it and it should do just fine.

Transfer cases heat up 10x faster than the hubs do.

I've ran the Oshkosh 55000 at 80mph at 92,000lbs. I saw 280 degrees. It says not to exceed 330 degrees. It used 40weight HD motor oil so it's got high temp protection. Or add a cooler, I did.
