I wouldn't miss the Findlay show, a great place to score parts at great prices plus seeing a whole lot of fine restored Mv's.
On my trip up there it gives me a chance to stop by and visit the great guys at the central Ohio logistic hub of BeefCo . On Friday I also sponsor a sausage lunch for the BeefCo employees, shareholders and customers. You can't beat the late night bowling and wrecker ball festivities!

I was going to go to Aberdeen , but it is a long ride for me and the show has kinda been a let down lately , and I hear a lot of good things about the Findlay show , The upside is its closer than Aberdeen ! So----oo, it is off we go to Findlay this year ! How is the show on Mule parts ? I believe one of my MV "RACCOON" club members is going to have a table , maybe I can FINALLY get ride of my winch !!!!! . Bob k

One year I had never seen so many Mules. I think it is safe to assume that there are a lot of parts for them as well but I didn't get to go this year. (2014)

I and my M882 will be there God willing. I'm still looking for a small ladder to get in the back of my truck. Not being a young man anymore, I find it helps to have a ladder when I'm using the M882 to transport cargo. My knees won't let me jump up anymore.

I am hoping to come and guess I better get my spots. My attendance will depend on where I'll be and what I'll be doing in April/May.

Questions:

-Is there forklift support? CARNAC comes loaded for bear.
-Can you camp with your stuff?
-What day do people tend to arrive for set up (I'll be out in whatever flat open field space they have)?

Fork truck yes from Wed on, set up on high ground as last year it was a solid tire type and we had to un-stick it twice.
I was there Wed PM last year but most move in Thurs
A lot of us SS types Camp there, Gimp and Kip put up a Bed and no breakfast. It's a fair ground so it has showers and real toilets.

Don't forget Stretch brings the M108 crane. We can off load that way too.

I remember my first Findlay event in 2008. That's where I first met a bunch of yahoos that were members of some military vehicle website.

I've still got a twitch...
