    Unknown M151 Antenna??? Mount

I grew up on the south side of Chicago, spent 24 years on patrol and SWAT, been to a Rose Bowl parade, and driven across the country from tip to tip (N-S and E-W. --------------------------- and I ain't never seen nuthin' like that before. If the rig was ever used near or on a runway, possibly...

    Radio installation

I had to go out and uncover it, and while I had it opened up, I figured I would write down all the radios: a GRC106 radio, GRR5 receiver, an RT524 radio, an RT246 radio with the various required channel selecting boxes up front, an R442 receiver, a VRC-240T radio, an AM2411T amplifier, a GRC142...

    Thermostat housing question(s).

It is definitely not repairable. And I will check the classifieds. Thanks.

    Thermostat housing question(s).

I have been a member here for quite some time, but have been away for quite awhile. I own a handful of various rigs (MUTT, Gama Goat, M54 5 ton along with a yard full of trailers. And I do mean a yard full! I have an M151A2 that has laid dormant for a handful of years (due to life getting in...

Gama Goat Transfer Case Lube Tube View

When it started to make that "clunking noise", what exactly was the noise attributed to, and what was done to fix it? Who in the world will work on a Goat transfer case?! AAMCO sure won't!!

Interesting, I tried to register and couldn't. I sent an email to try to rectify the issue. (No pun intended.)

Looking for a cheap radio to talk to RT524 from another vehcle or on foot.

What about an old PRC-128? I see those quite often and really inexpensive. Get one of those adapters to use AA batteries and you are GTG.

Redding Cailornia show (June 23-24, 2018) question.

AAR- I drove overnight to the show, arriving at 0700, met with one of the guys in charge. He pointed out where I was supposed to set up. I had tons of room. It was windy (25+mph!) and 78 at 0700 hours! There were about 18-20 vehicles, and about 10 vendors. Everyone was friendly. I really...

Redding Cailornia show (June 23-24, 2018) question.

I apologize if this is in the wrong location, but I was wondering if anyone here has any low-down on the Redding (Ca) show? I am really wanting to go down to it, and can't find anyone that has been to the previous shows there. It's only an 8.5 trip for me so I would like to know whazzup before...

I was just informed the Gov of Idaho signed HR 506 literally minutes ago!

    Idaho title change!!!!!

I was at the last senate meeting last week. It went through with virtually no hesitation. Even the ITD guy testified they would accept the new wording. It was sent with a do-pass recommendation. As far as the back-and-forth about the current wording in existing Idaho code.....either way, this...

    Idaho title change!!!!!

At the Idaho State capitol, a new bill making a provision to deal with titling military vehicles (H506 I think) made it through one vote, and is going over for a vote on the other side, as of yesterday (02-16-18).
