    Yermo 803A Gens and trailer

So I bought one of the power plants plus an additional skid mounted 803 in Yermo. Needing some help in getting this picked up and dismounted off the trailer and ready for pick up by FedEx. Anyone willing to help in trade for a good deal on the trailer or something else?

    MEP 805A/806A Control Cabinets interchangeable?

Are the entire control cabinets containing all the gauges, VR, and various electrical boxes interchangeable between a 805A and a 806A? I know at a minimum I’d have to swap out the VRs, potentiometers, and transformers so they all match Libby to Libby and TRC to TRC but other than that, will they...

    MEP-802A Starter problem?

off topic but do you have a similar picture of what each relay is for for the 804/5/6?

    MEP-805A going into Overspeed

I’ve been out of the loop myself with the holidays and flu. Finally got back out there today. Fuel flow was perfect. I could manually run the injection pump once I disconnected it from the governor it it ran flawlessly. I then hooked it back up and started testing the gcu. I could get it to run...

    MEP-805A going into Overspeed

I will have to look for that procedure in the -24. Here’s a pic of the controller although I have no idea if you can tell anything from it

    MEP-805A going into Overspeed

Yes it does produce voltage. I took a short video of it running but don’t see how to post it. When it runs it’s surging some. I’ll see if I can post the video on the original

    MEP-805A going into Overspeed

So I have an 805A that has 9 hours on it after tier 2 reset. When I start it, it immediately goes into over speed and shuts down. It doesn’t seem like it’s running at the 2200 RPM mark that the manual says for Overspeed threshold. I have checked the MPU which shows 2.2 VAC. I did not take the...

Anyone in New Jersey want 2 cheap M103 trailers?

they are air over hydraulic. I tow them with my half ton all the time. No need to cage the brakes

Anyone in New Jersey want 2 cheap M103 trailers?

These do not have covers. They are generator trailers. I’d like to get these picked up this week if possible. I have attached a picture. There are 2 of them

Anyone in New Jersey want 2 cheap M103 trailers?

I won 2 power distribution units (2 trailers with 4 MEP-803a’s), located in Verona, NJ. With fuel rates it’s not worth it to ship the gennys with the trailers but I can ship just the Gens thru FedEx with my corporate account. I need someone that can pick up the trailers, dismount the Gens and...

MEP-803A: It Runs, It Generates, but it won’t shut off

I only removed 2 at a time just for this reason. Had that issue before and learned my lesson lol

MEP-803A: It Runs, It Generates, but it won’t shut off

Some Progress! not entirely fixed but I did make some progress this evening before it got dark. I started with one of the suggestions above by adjusting the pumps. I rotated them all to where the pump inlet was as far towards the pushrod jugs as possible. I then started the machine and let it...
