Fixed, finally. One switch powers gauges and fuel pump, one powers the ignition switch, the other six are free. The alternator still doesn't self excite at draw, but as soon as the engine hits 1500-2000 rpm it's there. I'm happy for now. Truck runs like a top.
After a long couple weeks, it's back to life. Plugged everything in, flipped the switch and the pump came on. Sounds a bit weak, but it works AND the truck runs now. Big thank you to everyone for their input.

I went back and found where you listed the part number for the pump, 32gph, 4.5-9 psi, 1/8"x27 npt fittings. Is that correct?
