    M116 mule hauler

Resurrecting an old post- I just thought Mike's friends would appreciate knowing his old Mule and trailer were still hitting Military Vehicle shows. I bought them over a year ago, hauled back to Kentucky, and have had the Mule to several events. This was from last weekend's KILROY Chapter of...

KILROY Chapter, MVPA- Shepherdsville, KY- 18-19 October, 2024

I think the final count was around 46 vehicles. Lot of M151s and MBs. Surprised no M37 or CUCVs, as I know several of the club members have them.

Steel Soldiers MV of the month 2024 - August VOTE HERE!

Here's a picture of my M151 right after I bought it in 2004. It had a hard top, which although pretty weather tight, it was so noisy you had to wear earplugs. '12- giving my boys a ride. The older one left for college last week. And also a picture from around '17 or so of my two boys...

Steel Soldiers MV of the month 2024 - August VOTE HERE!

Sorry for being confusing about my M151a1, guys. I used this picture, although it poorly showcases my jeep, because of it being in front of the Patton Museum at Ft. Knox, KY. To me, the location is the most interesting thing. Here's a better picture, in a completely different setting. I...

MV of the month August 2024 nomination

I nominate my M151a1. (MERDC in the rear) This picture was taken when myself and MVPA President Kevin Emdee were displaying our 151s at the Patton Museum (Ft Knox, KY) for a cadet class graduation ceremony this past Friday.

    FAVs at Military Vehicle Museums

I was in Dubois, WY, for the 4th of July parade and caught a pic and a video of two separate FAVs in Dan Stark's collection. Based on the rest of the collection, I'd be surprised if he doesn't have more FAVs. The other is in this video at 16 seconds- And here is a FAV at the Sam Werner...

    M26 Dragon Wagon

My son and I were at the National Museum of Military Vehicles in Dubois, WY, on July 4. Unfortunately it was closed. (Fortunately we got to see the parade!) There are two M26 tractors sitting outside at the museum though. You can just make out the second behind the first.

KILROY Chapter, MVPA- Shepherdsville, KY- 18-19 October, 2024

Well worth going to this military vehicle show and swap meet. There were more than 30 vehicles last year, including a M5 Stuart and a UH-1 Huey that could be ridden for a donation. I believe camping is permitted on site, and October is Kentucky's driest month. Google KILROY Chapter for...

    OH,KY,IN locals mv cruise ins

I was just getting ready to post a new thread in this forum- The KILROY chapter of MVPA is having it's annual show and swap meet Oct. 18-19, Bullitt Co. Fairgrounds, outside of Shepherdsville, KY. Last year's event had around 30 or more military vehicles including a M5 Stuart and a UH-1 Huey...

KILROY Chapter MVPA - Shepherdsville, KY 20-21 Oct

I never get enough pictures. But here are a few I took. Some of the attendees put a lot of time in setting up their living history displays. Clark Airborne dozer. Several 1/4 tons in the barn M718 Ambulance UH-1 Huey taking off A friend, his son, and myself going for a ride in a M5...
