Scored this a few months back for $50 bucks. Finally getting around to cleaning out the gear box, lubing, stripping and painting it today. It didn't come with the crank handle, but I found something pretty close from the RV world that works perfectly. It will finish of my project nicely.
The bearings, races, and seals I sourced from a local parts store. The wheel cylinders and brake shoes I was able to pickup complete, brand new backing plates with all new hardware from the same parts store. The brake cables I found from a place in South Carolina, DP Equipment.

No dust, dirt, water, or road grime. I was very pleased. I use those tarp bungees, the ones with the ball at the end to suck the tarp down and keep it a little snugger.
