Not too many military vehicles CAN speed.

6" lift, 35's on those 'Teflon' wheels (or use bedliner), and a 12v Cummins in front of a OD auto trans.

Don't know what size turbo you have, but 3dubs is right; turbos are interchangeable. Check ebay if you haven't already. Maybe check out other makes like Dodge/Ford. The turbo on my truck, a '99 Dodge w/Cummins, should work imo. It's a Holset hx-35, and should be enough for your application. Just...
