I traced the wires one more time, and 162B was on S8-42, switched it to S8-44. Problem solved, sorry for wasting a post, hard spot to look at wires.

I am having the same issue, ~30% load at ~41 amps on 120/240. Used a known working gauge and replaced overload/short relay (K8) but same issue. Used Dexit and cleaned everything and tried working it into the switch.
Does anyone else have any thoughts? I also am aware it's not trustworthy...
