    Assistance installing Mile Marker

Correct, just free spool some of the cable out (so as to not jam/overstress the cable if connections are reversed) and test the winch. If winch movement is opposite of controller markings just swap 758A/B for proper function.

    eyecon 360 lights

If you have the full kit, you're looking for a cable labeled "BO-VIB" (the smallest of the cables that plugs into the VIB). Cut the end that does NOT plug into the VIB, and connect the red wire to +24VDC. Once that has power, along with the other cables, you should have full function of the...

    high L on tranny

As I recall, High Lock locks the front & rear drive shafts so that each differential is receiving the same amount of power - don't confuse this with locking the front/rear diffs as the HMMWV has torsen differentials.

    Helmet Top A/C Condensor mounting

Looking closely I see what your talking about... never noticed the swing mount for it before, just thought was on the rear door of the helmet top. Interesting indeed.

    Helmet Top A/C Condensor mounting

My perception has been that it was the standard red dot condenser simply mounted to the rear of the helmet top. As a helmet top owner myself this set up has always intrigued me, but I have't pursued it as of yet.

Mile Marker Front Winch Troubleshooting Validation

Sorry for the lack of an update on this... I had the chance to speak with a [very helpful] mile marker customer support who was able to give me the answer. Luckily it was a simple fix. The nut securing the solenoids to the winch became over tightened, resulting in the solenoid locking shut and...

    Hmmwv LED light question????

Probably should have been more specific... something along the lines of an LED compatible turn signal flasher. The below thread has some info, and the part numbers below may be what you're looking for. Please double check me, and good luck...

    Hmmwv LED light question????

Probably need the LED blinker - the LEDs draw less current and won't blink correctly without a sufficent load ie either the LED blinker or having an incandesant in the system as you did when you keep the original fronts and LED rears before swapping them all to LED.

What have you done to your HMMWV today/lately

Thanks. I'm about 180lb and it holds me standing on it. If I were to do it again I would put a piece of 1" flat stock across the top instead of the small round bar I had laying around, but its functional none-the-less.

What have you done to your HMMWV today/lately

Finished fabricating an ammo can holder I've had on the back burn for awhile. Mounts on the airlift rear bumper and can hold a small 40mm ammo can and works as a step if needed. Should be good for holding some extra fluids, parts, or recovery gear when off-roading. Side note, I finally broke...

Mile Marker Front Winch Troubleshooting Validation

Was testing my mile marker front winch (no load) when I was unable to spool in, spool out, or free spool the cable. Following the instructions in the attached troubleshooting guide, it appears I have a failed solenoid coil assembly. I know the controller is good and I had electrical power at the...
