WI is good to go with an SF-97, but the DMV service centers have no idea what they're doing and freak out about the 6 digit vin. You will need to send the SF-97, document from gov planet transferring ownership to you, and all applicable DMV paperwork to the Madison HQ. MAKE COPIES OF EVERYTHING...

Did you do anything different? I called them last week and got the same response I've gotten in email from them "Still waiting for an update from the DLA"
