    Greaseable polyurethane sway bar bushings

I appreciate the speed in which these bushings got to me. I attached a photo of what one of old bushings off of my projects LMTV look like compared to the new ones. I plan on installing the zerk grease fittings that came with the bushings as well. They look great! Thanks Guido!

What have you done to your FMTV or LMTV today

Started hauling spring chinook salmon adults from the Lyle Adult Trap on the lower Klickitat River to the hatchery 40 miles upriver. Tank is 500 gallons and can handle up to 35 live adult salmon safely.

Mounting a snow plow on a LMTV 1078 First Post

We used the plow with a cement block chained on the bed last winter. Worked great, especially on the triple switchback road down to the hatchery, steepest decline is at 22%. We've had a Henderson sand spreader at the site for 7 years (came from Fairchild AFB as excess property), and just...

    Plowing snow this week

First day of plowing yesterday and already racked up a booboo. Chain length on passenger rear wheel caught the collar bolt on the air chamber spinning it plus 90 degree to the rear, snapping three air fittings. Learning curve again this year on excess chain length on tire chains. We haven't put...

Mounting a snow plow on a LMTV 1078 First Post

This phase of the plow LMTV is completed. Crossing mts between Yakima Valley and Klickitat River, stopped to take a few photos. My buddy Milo from Milo's Body Shop wired the lights and controls, and bolted wings to both ends of the plow. Wings are Snow-Dogg (?) attachments that matched up well...

Mounting a snow plow on a LMTV 1078 First Post

We have a surplus older sand/salt spreader from the AFB in Spokane years ago that will get chained down on the bed. The spreader is another project to get running, but as weight its good enough. We will run chains on all tires as there are several steep grades to keep clear of snow...
