My old deuce would light the wick at below 0 temps , not one issue . My intake heater worked well . I rebuilt it and installed a couple check valves it was good to go .
I ran everything flammable in mine , not one issue . Transformer oil was a favorite . I once drank kerosine and pissed in the tank , still runnin . No really , I noticed no difference on any fuel . I always thinned it up a bunch in cold weather with gasoline
I added power assist steering and radials ( 11R22.5) at the same time all I did was flip the front axle caster shims. I just reused the factory OEM shims . I don't have a clue as to the degree they were .
My Power Wagon has LSD in both front and rear Dana 60 axles . They are Dana Power Lock , these are not the same as a Detroit Locker , but this thing will absolutely drive anywhere on this planet with ease . Add the locker and never look back .
