I have 2 Mep-002a professionally rebuilt engines for sale. $600 each. They were ran on a dyno then oil and fuel drained and sealed. Come complete with starter.

When checking for fuel out the injector line manually pull the linkage at the IP up to full throttle and see what comes out of the injector lines. This will give you full flow from the pump. At idle not much comes out of the lines.

I found that the infrared temp gun works great also. You can open the louvers with your hand and test each cylinder exhaust at the elbow going into the muffler. If I remember correctly between 250 and 300 F was a good number. If an injector is not spraying the temp will be much colder. Like 100f...
Your generator will run on straight sea foam
You can also get your tank as low as possible and add a gallon of sea foam. Run it and let it circulate with a load.
An update on my issue. After switching control cubical the problem goes with the cubical. Same issues different 003. Next I switched the vr between generators with the issue following the vr. I sent the suspect vr to @kloppk to test and repair.

Well I hooked up the bad cubicle to the other 003 and I’m getting 53 volts at the convenience receptacle and L0/L1 and L0/L3 both 53 volts 🤷♂️ I will clean connections tomorrow and do some testing.
I checked all wires in the cubicle. Nothing loose. I exchanged cubicle with another working 003 and it works as it should 70% load 8800w with no issues. So I will have to dig into the bad cubicle
