    Straight hitch is to close to Pintle but a drop will work fine one pic is straight hitch the other pic is the drop hitch in a plan view so you can see how far it is from back of truck

    Cross bar is about 1/4” below frame

    Your welcome something I didn’t think about is if you have a factory tank it might be snug on sides not sure I have a tank for 57 chevy in mine it is same thickness but not as wide

    I flipped the two mounting plates and they rest on the inside of lower frame rail had to drill one hole on each mounting plate
