What is the recommended harness length for the M1082? I need to acquire one, and they come in multiple lengths. I don't want to make it too short... but I don't need 8 extra ' to loop around! TYIA!!
Not to mention that "modern" M35A2 variants are still being build factory new for the Korean Army. Wouldn't surprise me at all if one of their suppliers realizes the market potential for the US military vehicle community
I have had the same NV4500 in 2 different suburbans with 3 different clutches (and we're not going to go into all the various configurations of slave/master assemblies!) and it has always had that rattle with no (known!) ill effects. It's bugged me for years, but doesnt seem to be anything...

I have converted 2 suburbans with stock 6.2's to manuals with the NV4500. I also have a K20 pickup that came from the factory with an SM465. My 2 cents: You MUST use the stock pedal assembly, or at least fab up an equivalent. Trust me... I was some 3500' up in the foothills of Mt. Rainier on...
