    11 gallons of oil?

Thanks I didn’t know about this. Great info though. I’ll be doing a bypass while I’m changing o-rings Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    11 gallons of oil?

Yeah good point. I always do a walk around before I start it up. But that’s one thing I hadn’t been checking. I’ve been chipping away at fixing the deuce. When I changed the fuel filters I could see a stamp reading 87. They were completely shot. About 2 inches of sludge in the bottom of the...

    11 gallons of oil?

You got it. I just found that rebuild video on YouTube and that’s exactly it. The injection pump hydraulic head o-rings. Makes sense for all the fuel all over the damn thing. When I got the truck I did take apart the shutoff lever and noticed fuel building up inside the cover. Didn’t think much...

    11 gallons of oil?

That did make me think of something. The injectors don’t have any wetting around them, but the injection pump does have alot of fuel all over it after every drive. Maybe I’ll have to get a rebuild kit for it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    11 gallons of oil?

It did seem more thin than what it should be, but I was just thinking someone put the wrong viscosity and it probably hadn’t been changed in a while. It also did smell a little strong. But I don’t think it’s 5 gallons of fuel though. I still have a 5 gallon bucket full of the oil. Shouldn’t the...

    11 gallons of oil?

I’m wondering how this is possible? I’ve had my deuce for about a year and I decided it’s time to change the oil. I also changed out some gaskets as I started getting some oil leaks as of recently. So I warmed up the truck before changing the oil. Somehow about 11 gallons of oil came out. Crazy...

Brake lights work but don’t work

This switch. I tried ordering a new one but got the wrong part so I sliced the two wires together. Now the brake lights work fully. Just need to figure out the turn signal now. Haha Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Brake lights work but don’t work

I just found it on the google. Description is correct to my symptom that contacts should open at 60psi while mine are actually closing. I’m going to put some air oil in it and see if it frees up Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Brake lights work but don’t work

So I switched the wires on the sensor in the cab. Is that the low air buzzer? I can’t find what it is. Same issue but I was able to find out that the lights work till the compressor reaches 60psi with engine running after that the brake lights cut out. So could that sensor be the issue? I can’t...

Brake lights work but don’t work

Thanks bill. I agree something so simple as stop lights. I’ll go through and check all the wires in the back. Maybe look for a new harness also. Looks like one of the wires going from the brake switch goes to the turn signal switch. Would it be possible that the issue is the air sensor in the...

Brake lights work but don’t work

Thanks for the reply. I still have the airpack installed. The pneumatic sensor in the cab is still there. 460,461,22 is the red wire from the switch. Routes all the way back to the tail lights and splices between the two lights 21 is oem from the harness and splices between the two lights also...

Brake lights work but don’t work

Ok so I’ve scoured the threads a while and haven’t found anything relating to my issue. I bought a bobbed deuce a little while back and have had quite a few issues. I’m working them back to get this truck safer to drive. So the issue is my brake lights. I don’t have the pressure or the air...
