New Arduino-based FMTV CTIS controller ROCKS!

I can attest to the quality of this product, and Christian was very responsive in helping me to troubleshoot my truck once I installed it

Everything I've researched and read states 5 solid red lights means controller is toast. I'm going to try and get my hands on a working unit to see if it is indeed the culprit and I will let you know.

So I think I'm ready to start the sub-frame and habitat now. Until yesterday afternoon I was feeling like I had resolved all the base vehicle issues. Then this: I hadn't messed with the CTIS at all because I had so many air leaks I knew that it wouldn't function til i could get the tanks up to...

Looks really good! Where did you get those fans from, model # if you don’t mind sharing

Got the air leak fixed.... one way valve behind the bumper was the culprit. I swear every time I fix one thing I find 3 more than need fixing. Today's list includes new fans for the trans cooler, horn and marker light that got busted.

That’s cool, 18’ of the floor will be flat, the last 2’ of it will have a 45 degree angle so I guess similar to what you’re thinking. I like the 4 point system and I think it’s a very good idea to go that route if you’re gonna use the frp panels like the total composite systems. I’m doing a...

So the total length of the habitat will be 20’ that gives a 5’ over hang. The end of the 1088 rails are 15’8” from the cab. I will use 8” c channel solid mounted at the front with 2 spring mounts per side, one half way and 1 at the rear. Similar to how Acela makes there subframe. Have some...

I was debating that thought. I might move it like yours once I get the air filters finished up.

the lid barely fits like this so I need to do something thinner. I ordered all the stuff to make the subframe so I’ll be starting that next week. I’ll try to keep the pics and updates coming as things get done

Time for an update. I replaced the valve on top behind the washer fluid tank. Still didn’t fix the air leak. I ordered a new one way valve that goes behind the bumper and a few rebuild kits for the rest for them. The down time has given me the ability to get other projects done on the truck...

Opened all the tanks and a little moisture came out but nothing like I saw out of the glad hand. To be safe I disassembled the dryer, cleaned it well and washed and dried the media inside. I will reassemble it tomorrow

The trans Ecu under the passenger side dash. Jultech fixed it and said looked like someone had tried to jump the truck and hit it with way too much power and it fried the components.
