Spin-on Oil Filter for my M925

There is another benefit to changing over to the spin on filter you don't need as much oil to refill the truck the new spin on does not need a gallon of oil like the oil cartridge unit.

    Charging batteries

The 6tl battery is fairly common and can be traded in for the core at just about any chain parts store for a new one but it mite take a day or two to get them from a supply house.

    Ether can for M939 trucks?

He has forgotten more than I could possibly know about these green monsters. I am still new to this hobby and learning every day I would love to have someone like him close to me so I could watch and learn how to make these things go.

    Charging batteries

I know this topic is talked about quite a bit but I want to know will a standard 12 volt charger put out enough power to recharge hawker batteries? My m923 was rebuilt in 2010 at red River and they put new batteries in at that time they start the truck good in warm weather but as it is getting...

    Ether can for M939 trucks?

I just ordered a can from Napa the price is still $45.00 it is the standard size bottle I think 18oz. I hope the ether unit on the truck is functioning. I just bought the truck in the early summer so this will be my first winter with the truck.

    Rear axle leak

Update to my weeping issues I removed the axel breather valve it was not working. When I removed it from the axel there was a release of built up gases in the axel so the vent was definitely not working. I will run the truck this weekend and check for any other issues. Again thank you all for...

    Rear axle leak

Thank you all for the input I will be pulling the vents and cleaning them for starters to see if it makes a difference. When I took the posted photos I had already whiped most of the oil off the rear so it did look worse than what you see. After I take a long ride I will check again and if it...
