What have you done to your FMTV or LMTV today

Nice, I also put one up there but the heat from the heater soften up the glue and she fell off. Rest In Peace; Hula girl. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Hot tub?

Have this traveling hot tub for my 1083. Haven’t had any failures like the video above thankfully. Record is 16 people in the tub but it prefers 6-8. It’s about 4000lbs full of water but the truck doesn’t mind. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

What are you using to seal up the turret cover?

My cover was leaking through the factory flat sealing strip. The way I parked was allowing a small pool of water to build towards the back of the cab and that is where the original real was overlapped and allowing water to go between the seals like a labyrinth. I went with a spool of neoprene...

    Radiator cover

We’re not quite that cold but it’s been a good run for Anchorage. Feels kind of good to get our winter back. Any atmospheric moisture freezes out on contact. Makes it pretty in town. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Door keys for M1088-A1

I recently had my doors keyed by a locksmith. They used a blank from a 73-75 Volvo. It’s not a very secure key and unfortunately I had two different lock tumblers so I have a left and a right door key. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Fan part help please

You can’t just remove the doughnut. The fan will not be clamped to the fan clutch and will not be centered. That’s how I ruined the front piece on mine. The fan rattled and shook loose the mounting plate (for a lack of knowing what it’s called). The round thing holding the fan to the clutch...

    Fan part help please

I lost my fan due to old rubber. The doughnut split and flung out so the fan became unsupported and unbalanced then cut the airline to the clutch. But, not before wedging the clutch air inlet into the spacer and ruining it. I’m trying a different approach and decided to machine a new clutch...

Is this an M38A1 or just a CJ-5?

Knock off My M38A1 is not perfect but the body is mostly there. Split windshield, fuel tank under the seat with the large fuel cap. Both front window and grill can be removed by pivoting them to 45 degrees and lifting them out.
