    1997 M1081A0 No crank

Ronmar, I go back to work and will get back over there to the truck this weekend. I hear one or two clicks in the direction of the PDP. I thought it was two. I have not heard any clicks under the cab. I will get more information, and let you know. Thanks

    1997 M1081A0 No crank

My 1997 M1081A0 will not crank. I have not tried to use jumpers or anything to bypass anything to try to get started. The truck will now power up with the low air alarm, oil light in the dash is on, and N N on the transmission controller is there after the K2 relay was replaced. When I press...

    Parking Brake

I wanted to add this for anybody new who may see this. You can get 2 different relays to cover the 4 called out on the PDP cover. The 12 volt is Bosch part number 0332209152. The 24 volt is 0332209204.

    Parking Brake

Thank you. I have the correct voltages at x1 and x2 as you explained with the switch on and off. The K2 relay was bad. I replaced it and I am getting the lights etc and NN on the Allison display. I am missing the K26 relay. I see it is in your diagram so I assume it is needed. Do you...

Thanks again Ronmar. I appreciate you for taking the time to help me. I was able to find a few drawings that show how two batteries are connected. Thanks, Paul

What is this line on the air compressor?

Thanks Ronmar. The oil in the truck looks good and, I didn’t see any residue on the truck from losing oil. Still it is a mystery why the broken fitting wasn’t replaced and some lines were left disconnected. The truck is intact with only a door latch missing. What do you recommend I do...

What is this line on the air compressor?

I bought a truck recently and some of the air hoses on the air compressor were disconnected. There is one small metal line at the front of the compressor near the radiator that is broken. I attached a picture. What is this line my finger is touching? What actions should I take? Thanks in...

My first LMTV- M1081- I’ll need your help.

My air compressor hoses on the bottom of the governor and on top were disconnected when I bought this truck. I have no clue why. Should I just reconnect them, and go from there? The braided hoses on the bottom tha lt come from the governor go to the wet tank? Does it matter which hose goes...
