    Don't know about State farm in TN, But I have mine w State farm in IN. Commercial insurance for non commercial use. I don't have full coverage, but I do have fire and theft. I pay about $230 a half. Hope this helps.

    How bad did it affect acceleration? I was thinking about going to smaller tires, to affectively lower gear ratio and improve low end torque.

    Since your not sure if your starter is wired correctly. Are you sure you didn't burn up your new starter when you jumped it the last time? or worse yet something else. Sounds like it time to get the volt meter out and start checking everything.

    Check to see if transmission selector lever is in N (neutral). If not, place in N (neutral).

    Mark, Are your batteries in the truck in series or parallel? What voltage are you using to jump the truck?

    You could try and see if you can get movement up and down in the carrier bearing. Use a pry bar if needed. There were no grease zerks on mine and it is a sealed bearing. Mght be able to use a needle tip and get some lube behind the seal, becareful as to not destroy the seal. Good luck
