Are you able to load test the batteries?

I finally finished replacing all the hoses on my MEP-002A today. Here are some pictures of how I did the filter to injection pump ( which I forgot to add from my MEP-003A post) . I installed the oneway check valve on the secondary filter outlet. Then ran an almost straight hose to the injection...

"The MEP 003a I have was refurbished by JimC and includes a replacement of the analog gauges with digital. I do hold the switch at start for at least 10 seconds. At no time do the gauges show anything." I have the same gauges and they also don't display until I flick the main ac breaker on.

We've been without power for about 1 day now. The 002 carried us yesterday and I just fired her up again this morning, gotta love that little unit.

I also use the lawn mower batteries in one of my 002's, I believe they are about 400 amps each, no issues.

I picked mine up from GL in Ft Meade about 4 years ago.

Good find, shipping on one set is 8.99 two sets is only 9.99. I've got two sets coming.

JimC, a member here makes these. I just put the full compliment on my 002. I've never heard any complaints/concerns about them. Ed

Jimc on here did those decals, I put two sets on generators a few years ago with no issues. PM him and see if he still does them.

It seems after the first few times it cycles it will trip the alarm. After about three or four trips it seems to cycle correctly. I also set the fuel pressure as it was a bit low. I was thinking about ducting the warm air up and away from the return air but I haven't moved beyond the...
