The ticking at idle sound is heard through the exhaust. The chatter is clearly from the engine. I cannot tell precisely where, I'd also like to add that I can see a bit of smoke at the same time as the chatter.

Hello I was hoping that someone could help me out. I've recently discovered at 1800 RPM a distinctive engine chatter. Below and above the RPM range of 1800 to 2000 RPM the engine runs smooth however once it gets to 1800 RPM, it hesitates and if you accelerate through it after 2000 RPM it returns...
