The only thought I have left is to trace the power wire of the 24v/50A relay (under alternator) all the way back to the battery and see if there is a loose connection or damaged wire. Since the relay is functional, this is about the only thing I have left. Hopefully solved. Hard to do right...

I realize this is an issue as well. I've had many problems while working on and selling these and have plenty to share. If we can get it better organized we'd all be better off. In the meantime I'll try to be somewhat systematic in any "problem" posts I create.
