Just to touch back with y’all generator was wired to the house finally and worked well electrician works on them from time to time and said it’s smooth running and putting out and doing it’s job with everything in the house on it only used 40% power may end up tieing my uncles house to it as well.
I put the digital multimeter on it and it’s putting 60 -61 hz same as the gauge. By the way what do I need to do if the engine droops? Would I turn the voltage up a tad or let it be?
Well I believe I’ll be wrapping up this project now it has been aggravating but you guys know how to help and that’s what counts appreciate you all I may post back here again when I get it load tested.
Also glad you told me to not trust the gauge I have it set to 60hz but it sounds like it’s running over 1800 rpms may be just the fan on this thing I know it’s not running wide open it has plenty throttle left.
