I'm towing with either the 26' U haul truck or, my neighbor may make the drive with me and tow it with his Duramax. I do not have a tow bar but I was just found out I may have access to a tandem axle trailer with a 12K lbs limit. That would make life a whole lot easier.

That would be a picture I'd be interested in seeing. Sounds like Flat Tow is the best option. I just need to find a hitch nearby.

I should probably clarify... The CUCV currently doesn't start. Hence the need for towing it. My bad. Sorry. :oops:

That's the registration number that was on the driver side door jam plate. Would the "contract number" help any? Or an image of the plate? The truck is home now... So I can give you any information you need... as long as someone tells me where to find it :) This is my first CUCV.
