    450/80R20 Sand Trail tires

Yeah, all I do with mine is use it to pull my boat and RV out of the sand. Doesn't really haul anything of weight in the bed at all.

    450/80R20 Sand Trail tires

Thanks for the info. Doing the math, they should be~ 48.3", but everyone selling them says 47", thats why I was curious. Eastern surplus has them cheap right now and was hoping to find a way to run them on mine, but they might be cheap for a reason!

    450/80R20 Sand Trail tires

Has anyone successfully ran these on an M35? I have a deuce I use 99% in sand and these are appealing. I have searched forums and found people that intended on using them, but nobody ever followed up if they fit. They are ~47" tall or so. Thanks, Jeff

    deuce for sand offroading?

I use our Deuce the same place VPed does, elephant butte. There are TONS of deuces, 5 tons, an M1070, etc down there to haul 5th wheels thru the sand, load boats on the beach, etc. There is ONE LMTV down there, but it is the crane/wrecker version and I have only seen it on the beach one time...

Another noob brake question, I searched...

Just to close this out, as I hate posts that never have resolution... I tore my airpack apart and all the parts in it looked really good. The owner I bought it from claimed to have rebuilt it, well he did...just wrong. The cylinder was also really crapped up. I ordered a kit, but it took...

    Air over hydraulic brake problem

I bought an airpack kit from northern truck or something like that, was ~85$ or so. FWIW, I took my airpack apart, cleaned it all up really good with scotch brite, honed the cylinder (you need a cylinder hone, not a brake cylinder hone), put it all back together and the brakes work fine. It...

Rear wheel single out w/out flipping hubs

Do you have a build thread on this??? That's exactly what I am looking to do, 3rd rear axle.

Need advice for towing a M35a2

So you're saying you need to back the deuce onto the GN trailer, to keep tongue weight down so your tires don't rub on the tow vehicle? That's no bueno either, IMO. See if you can find someone that has a set of timbrens or sumo springs for your truck, or buy some...they're pretty cheap...

Another noob brake question, I searched...

This is actually what I ended up doing. I re-bled the brakes when I got down there (I have a snap on air bleeder that I made work), and the pedal would pump up solid as a rock. I removed the J tube on back of the airpack and squirted some tool oil in it, and the air pack started trying to...

    Air over hydraulic brake problem

That was kind of my plan if I cant figure out the full problem. The parking brake is pretty much non-functional right now, but I did not check adjustment or anything.

Another noob brake question, I searched...

Hi guys, I have a brake question, and I'm sure its been covered here before but in days of searching I have one symptom that I have not seen anywhere. So when I bought this deuce, I knew it had brake issues. Supposedly they rebuilt the airpack, they gave the the instructions and all the...

    Air over hydraulic brake problem

Not to hijack your thread, but I have a similar problem with my 35a2. I bought it needing brake work. The brake pedal is solid, but it doesn't actuate the brakes. Is there any work around to have brakes to move the thing? I also have a spare short airpack, but my truck uses the long...
