    The more I look at my wiring harness, the more I'm thinking about needing to replace it. Many connectors are missing/damaged, the shield is showing on lots of wires, and the wires are very brittle. Am I being too picky and these are normal issues on a 60 year old vehicle and I should just repair...

    Engine/Trans out...what now?

    Got the engine and trans out. Hasn't ran for about 16 years. Obviously needs gaskets and seals. Looking at changing water pump and rebuilding fuel pump and carb. New belts and all new rubber hoses. Any other thoughts while I have her took apart? As for brakes.....new everything on all 4 corners...
