Just finished up sm465 swap & noticed that the clutch switch wiring is already there on mine!
Relay: not yet - but it's sitting in the truck waiting to go in.
Oh man, I just got so exited about this milemeter thing... and then figured out that's only for Texas.
My M1009 added fine on Geico, registered as a "D10 Blazer" in Ohio.
I'm the second owner though...
My truck came with 7 dead plugs, no resistor box, and a completely missing gp controller card.
So controversial stuff aside, I was already 12v and missing the parts to put it back "right"
This thread helped me out.... here's my diagram if it helps anyone else.
Thanks!
No worries, if I find a good deal on paint it probably will end up OD green again!
topgun, yep... I had to get rid of my Jeep CJ before I could pick up a CUCV, that was our deal 8)
Probably have to get rid of the 'Burb if I ever want a Deuce
Hi everyone!
After wanting one for years.. I got an M1009, sort of!
It's painted black and converted to 12volt
Got some rust like everything in Ohio.. and probably hasn't run in a year..
but I didn't have to go far to pick up & it's already titled.
- Finished up wiring and changing...
