one more thing......maybe related...i dunno......when i start the truck......the gen 2 light stays on until i rev it up.......i have checked the voltage at the alternator and the light tells the truth....no juice till i rev it up then its all cool.

injector pump needs rebuilt......add $750 to the price.

have you already gotten rid of the check valve in the fuel filter mount.......mine was sucking air.......threw away the switch and filled the hole with jb weld....no more problems.

I have seen several threads about radiators and i have been searching for one as well. I gave up and decided to get the old made in china plastic and aluminum.......but when it showed up it was made in mexico brass and copper!! o'reilly auto parts #432098......cost me $305.......radiator shop...
