Are you sure that the circuit breaker near the relay isn't tripped?

Do you have voltage going into and out of the relays? Also voltage into and out of the breaker?
This thread should help, has wiring diagrams with wire numbers too. Has the wire numbers as well, it’s easy to follow:

Likely one relay is for something else that may or may not still be installed, you should only have one transmission relay

The relay is universa, it’s designed to switch on 12v when 24v is supplied in the case of the Trans relay, the other Relay is for windshield de-icer or AFES, can’t remember which one at the moment. We remove all that extra wiring as it’s no longer needed, the transmission TCM power runs through them on 29T Which is relay wire #2, if 29T is not plugged in or cut? You will be in limp mode
