We purchased our Unimog tug in 2012, i think. Named 406.145 We found her in the www and the owner was wondering cause he do not offer this one for years. :ROFLMAO: So , beware, the www don´t forget anything.:cool:

The story short, previous owner was looking at auction for years to get one of these rare crew cab Unimogs and one day he get 2 off.(y)
So brother an me had the chance to bought one.

Here is my 1991 M923A2/5ton truck. To date she's pretty much stock except for a few upgrades that include a bigger/more heavy-duty air dryer assembly, new headlights & outer rings, new rear mud flaps & brackets, K&N air filter, new front inner-fender mud/engine guards, repainted all the rims black & swapped out the military batteries for two group 31 batteries. This winter-(currently) my buddy Arron who is a fellow military vehicle enthusiast & heavy wheel machine will be doing some major upgrades that include a complete oem front winch assembly, hardtop, new power coated combat rims with larger 16.00R20 tires & 5-inch exhaust. I've also got a complete navigation system with outside cameras & monitor for the interior and some Doomsday Diesel dog bone retainer plates for the rear. I've also got some custom group 31 battery tray mounts, license plate box & bracket that I had power coated as well. At a rally I snagged a Pioneer tool kit unit off an M35A2 truck that I'm also going to mount on the truck side storage box. Engine compartment is done all black & coming soon will be a complete redo of the exterior paint/camouflage...

Delivery day, thanks to Wes for taking time out of his busy schedule...



Current look still, waiting on Arron to pick her up & install a ton of upgrades...

This M-51 is serial number 543 produced January 1951 R6602 engine. These pictures are as well found it near Kokomo Indiana last had ran in the 90s. New coil and some TLC and a Jerry can of gas on the fender had it running in about 2 hours. Record the radiator, some new fuel tanks, tons of paint and new stencils

From WW2 to 1989 Berlin was under the protection of the allies. The divorced town with the east side under control of the soviets, the other half(westside) was under control of the french, british and US forces.

On devils hill the west allies had a field station. A few years ago ,on a very early morning we get our way to this place with our Unimog.
It´s not allowed, but in our area you normally won´t be shot for trespassing. :beer: :cool: :cool: First pic is from the 70th
