DIY Doors

waiting on my M1167 slant back with no doors. Ive seen a few DIY doors installed. I was told the door can be flat because it was previously an up armor humvee. I was told because of this soft doors will not work because of the bend and the top of the slant back. Has anyone made their own hard doors? I was thinking a 1/4" or 1/2" fiberglass door with humvee soft door hinges, camper window and lockable door handle?? and advice would be great!

is there a curve in the armor doors? Or Can I cut them from flat aluminum ?

All my VIN# 250000+ ECVs that were demilled at GovPlanet have a 14 degree bend.

post a pic of your m1167 ( both sides). It probably has all the components removed to use flat door. (maybe not). if it has been stripped the base truck can use regular x doors, soft doors or custom door of the standard (not flat) shape. All the m1167 and m1167a1 truck sold on GP in the last 6 months are completely stripped of the components to use flat doors.
