I messed up, fuel filter swap

Hey everyone, I messed up this LDS when I swapped fuel filters and did fill my filter canisters up with fuel. Pretty dumb looking back on it now. The motor has turned its self into a bind after it started ran for a second and then cut off. I thought it was because the injectors are hydrauliclly actioned and won't pop off because there full of air so I took all the lines loose at injector. now am to worried about turning it over and tearing something else up. What should I do next. There is NOT a priming pump on it. And the electric pump doesn't work.

Highly unlikely that changing fuel filters would cause the engine to become hydrostatically locked. Are you sure the starter is getting plenty of juice?

Your supposed to fill up all cannisters with fuel before installing them when doing a filter change, if done correctly you dont need to worry about repriming anything and your priming source is in the fuel tank. No you did not fill the engine with fuel and there is no way I can think of where changing fuel filters would have anything to do with what your experiencing now. If you still think this is a problem pull an injector I think you will find all is in order. Then I would open my fuel filter under the radiator and turn the power on at the dash and wait till fuel comes out of that filter assembly and while the pump is running tighten that back up. Then go the the other two filters and I think there is a relief bolt in the fuel filter assembly that you can open and with the pump running open this till fuel comes out then close it now your fuel system is ready to start the engine.
