M1165 turbo parts missing

Hello, I’m new here and new to the 6.5L turbo. I see I’m missing some parts like the air intake and the, turbo actuator, and the heat shield. I can’t get to the truck because I’m waiting for my EUC. Can you guys spot other missing pieces?

Heat shield, air intake large hoses, EGR valve, engine bay side water shields, windshields,

A couple not so good things.
The intake is open right under the hood drip line so the engine has likely ingested some rain.
And the way the engine is painted looks like a rebuild, likely a Melton and they have a very poor reputation.
Hopefully all that means nothing!!!

Hopefully it’s all good, but if not, it is what it is. I did the cheapest part first, (buy the HMMWV) now the expensive part…

Is there a way to check to see about the rebuild?
