Got a great deal on our 3rd wrecker and got it hauled home obviously needs some front spindle work but looking for information on the truck. Front bumper says USA TAC H/R I believe under paint. And NL09H9 on the hood

Interesting find. The NL is the United States Army registration number. No idea on the bumper tac markings. Looks like this one was excessed long long ago, like in the late 80's or early 90s.
