Just a heads up, last night/this morning we moved the website to a cloud based server from the old one. DNS is taking it's time to propagate it seems, so you might get an error of "account suspended" if your DNS points you to the old server IP. Hopefully the site will run a little quicker on this new platform.

No. I don't think so. I thought maybe the backup was happening this morning - off schedule - but that has been too long for that to be the problem...
