Resolved—- I just sheared off my cab lift piston mount!

Anyone have a spare mount? I guess you have to have you skid plate on to pull your cab back down. My mount bent and snapped. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Air conditioner install using Waterloo parts

Does anyone have these bolts installed? My truck came without, and I could see a need but also it seams that it may be better without to isolate the intercooler from the engine vibrations. In the holes are blue plastic plugs and they appear to have been maybe cat painted in.

Air conditioner install using Waterloo parts

Well. I moved forward and spun the clutch. It did start off feeling “dry” but then after a few turns it smoothed out. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Air conditioner install using Waterloo parts

Ok, quick question…… I asked the place I got my hoses from if I needed to do anything since my compressor was a 2016 NOS. He suggested removing this cover, and manually rotating the compressor clutch center some to lubricate the seals. Anyone else have any thoughts/concerns? They used...

Updated pictures: Here is the filter bracket….. I planned to mount it on the other side of the bumper plate, but I made it too deep. I will have to dress it up or re weld it another day. Just need it functional. I have it under vacuum. So far it is holding. The hoses...

Air conditioner install using Waterloo parts

Ok, my compressor was a new old compressor (2016). I drained the oil and planned to refill it. It started with 300cc oil. How much is everyone running? I have the full Waterloo kit. How much Freon? I heard 60oz (3.75lbs)? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Air conditioner install using Waterloo parts

I got a 1/2 x 56 3/8 (I think) and got that on and tensioned. The upper bracket I have was a bit tight on the compressor for one bolt. I could not have tilted the compressor if I wanted to. I had to start all bolts with the compressor all the way at the bolt heads, then tighten them down. I...

Air conditioner install using Waterloo parts

So, 1/2 x 55 v belt is too short for me. I heard that was the correct size, but there is no chance I can get it over both sides. I think I need another inch or two. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
